Christine A. Koehler

Christine A. Koehler is considered one of Georgia’s premier criminal defense attorneys.  She is an aggressive trial lawyer committed to vigorously defending adults and juveniles accused of crimes.  She is a graduate of Georgia State College of Law (cum laude 1995) and a graduate of both the National Criminal Defense College and the National College of DUI Defense.  Christine’s courtroom success makes her a sought after instructor at Georgia’s leading trial skills programs.  She is also a frequent lecturer at criminal defense seminars, nationwide. Christine is an AV rated attorneyby Martindale Hubbell.  Koehler & Riddick, LLC was named by Gwinnett Magazine as Best Law Firm 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.  Christine was recognized as a 2004, 2005 and 2006 Georgia Super Lawyer by her peers in Atlanta Magazine and as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, 2004 and 2005.  Christine is on the Investigative Panel of the State Bar of Georgia and is a founding member of the Georgia Innocence Project.  Christine’s unyielding dedication to her clients led to the three month halt of jury trials in Gwinnett County, Georgia, after she successfully challenged Gwinnett’s jury system.  Recently, Christine successfully tried a high profile, nine week death penalty case, the longest trial in Gwinnett County history.
